👶 A Special Family Blessing
On August 7th, our daughter Salem was born! Both mom and baby are doing wonderfully. We’re overwhelmed with joy and so thankful for your prayers during this time. Salem is almost one month old now and already a delight to our family.
🎉 First Big Church Event: Día del Niño
Children’s Day is a major holiday in Argentina, and we used it as an outreach opportunity for our church’s first big event. We had around 140 total attendees, including 114 first-time visitors — 51 adults and 63 children. Many adults responded during the Gospel invitation, and the kids enjoyed games, inflatables, hot chocolate, and more. What stood out most was how every church member got involved. From greeting visitors to teaching kids and helping with setup, our young church family stepped up to serve. The result was not just a successful event but a church that feels more unified, encouraged, and motivated to keep reaching our city for Christ.
🏡 Property & Future Needs
We’re continuing to pray for a long-term meeting place. The facility we had considered last month was closed to us — and we believe that was God’s guidance. Please pray specifically for wisdom as we continue to seek Gods will for a larger location to meet and especially for the acquirement of land for the church. There are a couple good possibilities of land I am praying about.
📖 Weekly Teaching & Growth
The church is growing not only in numbers but in depth. We’ve launched a new Wednesday night series answering Bible questions — and this week’s focus is on salvation and eternal security. On Saturdays, we’re also teaching through a series on prayer. These gatherings have sparked spiritual hunger and excitement among our people.
🔥 Upcoming Trip to Fires of Evangelism
Later this month (September 21), a group of around 20–25 of us will travel 700 miles to attend the Fires of Evangelism Conference in Tucumán. Our members are thrilled — they’re going to grow, to be equipped, and to return fired up to serve Christ. What a joy to watch their passion deepen!
🚐 Church Van Fundraising Progress
Thank you to everyone who has given toward the church van! So far, $56,000 has been committed, and a portion has already come in.
Praise the Lord! We needed 56k and God provided in one month! Please pray we can get the van before the trip on the 21st. That would be another miracle! And if anything extra comes in designated for the van we will use it towards purchasing a personal vehicle.
God provided the need for a UGREEN NAS and it is up and running. Thank you to those who gave for this from South Branch Baptist!!
